During challenging times, we must be stronger than we feel we can be. During the times we are feeling weak, we are actually showing our strength. These times also create an opportunity for genuine growth and deeper healing. I believe the work of therapy is about supporting you through difficulty and into greater health and well being.
Therapy works best in an atmosphere of respect, support, and trust. This is my priority. I work with people facing a range of challenges, including: anxiety, insomnia, grief, relationship problems, health problems, depression and other mood and anxiety disorders.
