During challenging times, we are pushed to be stronger than we feel. We also have a tremendous opportunity for genuine growth and healing.
Therapy works best in an atmosphere of respect, support and trust. This is my priority. I work with individuals as they face a range of challenges, including: insomnia, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, health problems, depression and other mood and anxiety disorders.
